A morning cruise is an ideal time to bring children out for a boat ride and also a great way to get a start to a day in Newport. Can be used as an incentive to get out of bed and not waste a minute of your vacation time.

This charter is 1 hour 30 minutes long and includes a Mimosas, soft drinks, water, and ice. We are happy for our guests to BYOB. This sightseeing charter package in Newport, RI, is completely private, meaning no other groups or guests are aboard the boat, which is what sets our sightseeing boat tour apart from the other power boats docked at Bowen’s Wharf. We find this 1 hour and 30 minute yacht charter package perfect for those wanting to sightsee Newport, the Narragansett Bay, and Jamestown. Your crew is happy to provide light narration with their extensive knowledge of the bay, mansions, homes, and history if it is something that the group wants.

ROUTE AND ITINERARY

Your private yacht charter begins on Bowen’s Wharf. Once off the dock, we cruise Brenton’s Cove and see Ida Lewis Yacht Club, Harbor Court, and Beacon Rock. This is usually the best spot for a brave early morning swim and a bit of relaxation with a Mimosa on the foredeck.

As we cruise by Fort Adams, we head into one of the most stunning parts of the area, known as Narragansett Bay. You will see Hammersmith Farm, Castle Hill, and the house on the rock Clingstone; we cruise by the town center of Jamestown before crossing the bay again, this time passing Rose Island lighthouse and Goat Island lighthouse.

Once back in Newport Harbor, we go past the Newport Shipyard to see the superyachts and end our 1 hour and 45 minute yacht charter back at Bowen’s Wharf.
